All of our work to keep Fishing Lake Métis members happy, connected and prosperous would be for nothing if the community wasn’t healthy. Healthcare services are one of the most important things we can provide and a major focus of much of our developmental work.
Many community members travel to Bonnyville, Cold Lake and Lloydminster to visit general practitioners and family doctors, but for more immediate, non-emergency, free medical care, a Healthcare Nurse is available at the Fishing Lake Administration Office during the week.
