Scope of work: Drywall finishng, painting, flooring installioin, drop ceiling repair, trim installation, library shelving assembly, clean-up.

-Drywall Finishing & Painting: Complete any patching necessary, prime and paint walls and doors

-Flooring Installation: Prepare subfloor as needed, ensuring level surface. Install seletced flooring material. Install transition strips as needed for a polished look.

-Drop Ceiling Repair: Replace damaged tiles in bathroom.

-Trim Installation: Mesure, cut, and install trim around doors, windows, baseboards, and other areas as specified. Paint trim to match the rest of the building.

-Library Shelving Assembly: Move shelving upstairs. Assemble shelving units.

-Clean-Up and Final Inspection: Remove all construction debris and minerals from work area. Sweep and mop floors to remove all construction debris and materials from the work area. Sweep and mop floors to remove dust and debris. Conduct final walkthrough to ensure all work meets quality standards.

-Project Management and Coordination: Communicate regularly with client to provide updates on progress and address and concerns. Ensure adherence to project schedule and budget constraints. Hold a FLMS Business Liscence.

Note: the scope of work is intended to provide a general outline of the serviced to be preformed. Specific details and requirments may very based on the unique characteristics of the project. Adjustments may be madee as necessary in consultation with FLMS. Contractor to supply materials & equipment needed, with the exception of flooring.
