Fishing Lake Metis Settlement Housing is now accepting rental applications for multiple vacancies

  • 3 Bedroom Duplex unit property described as SE-17-57-02 W4M (4908A- 48 ST)
  • 3-Bedroom Duplex property described as SE-17-57-02 W4M (4907B 49 ST)
  • 3-Bedroom Duplex property described as SE-17-57-02 W4M (4907A 49 ST)
  • 2 bedroom Trailer unit property described as SE-17-57-02 W4M (4903 49 ST)

Applications can be picked up at the Administration Office, Store or Post Office or you can print here. Completed paper forms can be emailed, mailed or dropped off at the Administration Office.

For the successful applicant, the lease agreement will be for a 1-year period and is renewable yearly. The signed lease agreement, first month’s rent and a damage deposit equal to first month’s rent will be due within 1 week of notification of successful application. The tenant must also maintain tenant’s insurance with a minimum of $1 million liability for the duration of their tenancy.
