“COVID Awareness”

With the number of COVID cases climbing again,

it is recommended that you limit your travel only to surrounding towns. Larger cities, such as Edmonton, should be for essential appointments only.

Please limit the number in your household who travel, and try to only take 1-2 family members shopping. This will decrease the possibility of exposure.  If possible, leave babies/younger children with a sitter while you run errands.

If you can, shop for other family members/friends that may be elderly or have chronic medical conditions. This will help lessen their chance of exposure and getting sick as well.

Wear your mask in stores. Sanitize the shopping cart handles and then your hands.

FLMS has provided 4 masks to each community member, and travel hand sanitizer to each household.

If you use all your masks and can’t purchase more at a store please contact Kelly @ 780 614 5100 and arrangements can be made to provide you with more masks.

If possible, now would also be a good time to stock up on hand sanitizer and masks while they are still readily available in the stores at decent prices.

The more we all do our part, the better chance we have at keeping our community healthy and COVID free!

Also, consider getting your flu shot. Contact Shannon for appointments at  780 943 3058.
