“Changes to Recycling”

The list of recyclable items that can be dropped off at the North Recycling Yard has now been expanded.

A new pilot project allows recycling of audio visual equipment, telecom, cell phone and wireless devices, electronic gaming equipment, small home appliances, portable power tools, toys, musical instruments and solar panels, in addition to the previously accepted items that include appliances, metals, cardboard, paint, and tires.

These electronics can be brought to the North Recycling Yard Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8am – 5pm
